During a buyer’s market Kim and Shirley HANADEL believe employing strong marketing techniques is essential to selling real estate. Good marketing may not sell your house - but it will bring prospects - and without prospects it is impossible to sell a house. Kim and Shirley have 35 years experience as real estate professionals in the state of NJ and has developed a marketing plan which includes:

  • Photographs: Lots of photographs of the inside, outside, front and any other views that compliment your home. Buyers are visual and many will not even consider looking at your home if they do not like the photographs or if you do not have photos listed. A good photograph will get buyers interested and entice them to book an appointment.

  • Website: Your property will be featured on Kim and Shirley's website, Realtor.com and MLS Search for starters. Today's buyers search for home listings on the Internet first before visiting the ones they are interested in purchasing.

  • Virtual Tours: Every home should have a virtual tour that takes the buyer through your home room by room. Virtual tours are very affordable and can help convert browsers to buyers!

  • Signage: Kim and Shirley will place a BayShore® sign or your property to let buyers know your house is for sale and that you have chosen a reputable real estate agency to show your home!

  • Print Advertising: Online advertising reaches most buyers - print advertising reaches the rest! Ads are typically placed in local newspapers and real estate publications.

  • Direct Mail: Ask Kim and Shirley about a direct mail program to market your house to Kim and Shirley's extensive database of potential buyers. A postcard is an inexpensive way to reach your neighbors (they may have friends or family that want to move nearby) and local buyers.

  • Open House: Some homes are good candidates for an open house, especially those in high traffic areas. Ask Kim and Shirley about holding an open house.
